Request Data Deletion
While nSpire Mobile application does not have the concept of account and we do not create and maintain accounts as such, if you have entered your phone number (MSISDN) during the application installation, you can request deletion of the data associated with your phone number. HOW TO REQUEST YOUR DATA DELETION
- Create an email with subject: DATA DELETION REQUEST.
- In the email body enter phone number entered upon application installation.
- Send Data Deletion Request on email address: delete-my-data@endeavourtechnology.com
- Please allow some time (up to 3 days) for the request to be processed.
- We will send you a verification code to your phone number.
- Email the verification code to delete-my-data@endeavourtechnology.com. Subject: VERIFICATION CODE. Body must contain your phone number and the verification code you received from us.
- Upon receiving correct verification code we will delete your data (This may take up to 7 days).
- When the data is deleted, we will send you a confirmation email.
